Or simply put, the size of the global women GDP which is untapped is the combined economy of USA and China added together.

In India, 70% of educated urban women are not working. They either drop off the career to raise children, or to look after the elderly at home.

The cost of childcare along with pay gap , long commutes makes it untenable for most urban women to continue working after child birth.

According to a 2018 McKinsey study, women and people of colour comprise 64% of entry-level roles but only 32% of the executive suites.
